Scope of Terms
These terms apply to all trips, tours, and travel packages booked via our website, email, phone, or WhatsApp.
Booking & Confirmation
- Your booking is confirmed only after payment (or stated deposit) and our confirmation email.
- Provide accurate personal details and any dietary/special needs when booking.
Pricing & Payments
- All prices are in GBP (£), inclusive of applicable taxes unless noted.
- Secure online payments via Stripe or PayPal are accepted.
- Obvious pricing errors may be cancelled with a full refund.
What’s Included / Not Included
Please see each trip page for inclusions (e.g., transport) and exclusions (e.g., optional entrance fees).
Cancellations & Date Changes
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure.
- Within 48 hours or no-show: non-refundable.
- One free date change up to 48 hours pre-departure (subject to availability).
Operator Changes & Cancellations
- We may adjust timings/routes for safety, traffic, or weather.
- If we cancel, choose a full refund or a free reschedule.
- We are not responsible for extra costs beyond the trip fee.
Minimum Numbers & Punctuality
- Some trips require a minimum number of guests; if not met, we’ll refund or offer another date.
- Departures leave promptly; late arrivals may forfeit their place without refund.
Health, Safety, & Accessibility
- Travellers should be fit for the trip; share medical/mobility needs in advance.
- Wear suitable footwear and weather-appropriate clothing.
- Some destinations have limited accessibility; see trip details.
Dietary Needs
State Veg/Non-Veg and any special requests when booking; third-party venues may have limits.
Behaviour & Property
Disruptive/unsafe/illegal behaviour may result in removal without refund. Guests are liable for damage to property/vehicles.
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their belongings; we’re not liable for loss/theft/damage unless due to our negligence.
Weather & Force Majeure
We’re not liable for changes or delays due to severe weather, strikes, or events beyond our control; we’ll reschedule or refund where appropriate.
Children & Age Policy
Under-16s must be with a responsible adult. Child seats must be requested and confirmed if required by UK law.
Insurance
We recommend personal travel insurance covering cancellations, health, and valuables.
